Our Commitment

Elleen is committed to ensuring our platform is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We believe e-commerce should be inclusive, and every merchant — regardless of their abilities — should be able to build their business easily.

We strive to adhere to WCAG 2.2 guidelines at Level AA as a minimum, and constantly improve the accessibility of our platform.

Accessibility Features

We built Elleen with features to ensure equal access:

• Full keyboard navigation across all interfaces
• Alt text for all important images
• Color contrast adhering to WCAG AA guidelines
• Text sizes zoomable up to 200% without loss of function
• Clear labels for all form fields
• Semantic HTML structure to support screen readers
• Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
• Respects prefers-reduced-motion settings
• Native RTL support for Arabic

Compatibility

We tested and verified compatibility with:

• VoiceOver on iOS and macOS
• TalkBack on Android
• NVDA on Windows
• JAWS on Windows
• High contrast modes on modern operating systems
• Browsers: Latest 2 versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge

Current Limitations

We strive for perfection but acknowledge areas of improvement:

• Some interactive charts in the analytics panel may be less accessible to screen readers.
• Academy videos are currently receiving Arabic subtitles.
• Some experimental features in AI Studio are not yet fully optimized.
