- Customer: Any person buying from a store created on the platform.
- Store: The e-commerce store created by the merchant using the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By registering, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements.
4. Account and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining account credentials confidentiality.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Different plans are available at prices set in Yemeni Rials.
- Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal date.
- No transaction fees are charged on sales across all plans.
- Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days prior notice.
6. Prohibited Content
Selling or promoting products violating Yemeni law, counterfeit goods, offensive content, or intellectual property rights is prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform intellectual property belongs to Elleen. Merchants retain ownership of their store content.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary service disruptions, transactions between merchants and customers, or circumstances beyond control.
9. Termination
- You can cancel your account at any time in account settings.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating terms with prior notice.
- You can export your data before account closure.
